Hello everyone!
Before I dive into what this blog is about, I’ll talk a bit about myself.
Who am I?
My name is Hamza. I’m a student at Seneca in the Computer Programming & Analysis (CPA) program. I’m currently in my 5th semester and hope to graduate in August 2025. My hobbies include outdoor, traveling, and eating out at restaurants with friends and family. I am interested in backend technologies and hope to work for a reputable tech company in the future as well as start my own company (if I get some good ideas).
Here’s my LinkedIn profile: www.linkedin.com/in/hamza-teli
Why did I start this blog?
Anyways thats enough about me, let’s get into why I started this blog. I started this blog for a course I’m taking at Seneca called SPO600 - Software Portability & Optimization. You may be asking what is that? Well forgive me if I get it wrong (please let me know in the comments) as I am also learning. But, to my understanding, it looks at a huge problem in software whereby as a developer we want our code to be able to run on as many machines as possible. This course looks at various factors on how we can accomplish such a feat.
Theres a lot of interesting topics and research done in this field and in the coming weeks I look forward to discuss all the exciting things I learn. So stay tuned!
For now, I’ll leave it to that. See you all soon!
